USAGE
Machine cut small exclusively aluminum injection & blow mold halves and injection cavities.
Largest vise used on the pallets was a 6” vise. Most pallets had 4” Lang vises on them.
Molds had very close tolerance requirements and challenging mold geometries.
Molds were produced for the food and beverage, personal care, and healthcare markets.

120 POSITION TOOL TOWER
This is an external freestanding 120 position tool tower.  The tools are loaded through a gate to be stored in the multi-story rack system.  An integrated control system manages the magazine pockets.  For a tool change, the tool is picked up by a machine-specific handling unit and transferred to the spindle hand-over position parallel to processing time.  There the tool is picked up by the spindle.
